I would’ve wanted the kitchen where the elevated living room is and the closet upstairs seems really uncomfortable.. otherwise nice place.
Where are the heaters?
I don’t know if anyone is aware of it or if he even said in the video but what would this tiny home just like he built it with the steel structure and everything wood Runabout estimately. Does anyone really know. Just curious at this tiny house would be a lot more expensive than the other ones I’m seeing for like $7,000 or $17,000. Just because of all the more updated things inside
That narrow shelf is useless — you gotta have a fold-out with some kind of seating, other than that Hard narrow blank of wood beneath it. And that Unfinished wooden step-up needs vanishing and tracks so it EASILY slides in and out — builder appears to lack common sense.
You don’t see enough white short sleeves on top of a black long-sleeved shirt. Good stuff.

I love this one! One of my favs. Normal stairs with railings. The skylights. Light weight and insulated. All features I like. Clean lay out design.

What was the overall cost
You could have made each of the stairs a drawer and have extra storage room.
