Wow! Gorgeous design!
fortis24 says
so, to reduce cost:
be clever with off the shelf windows/doors;
cur yor own materials to size;
don’t prefab, do the building with mates;
be clever with heating and cooling your tiny house, a little sun is enough, 2 windows open is enough;
BTW
60 grand still isn’t much?
the dude pays 200/week to stay at that location. that’s 6 years and 12 weeks of rent.
In the end, if he lives about 20 years in his tiny house:
The total rent will be $208.000 and the tiny house just $60.000… that’s a small 30% of the total cost of owning that tiny house.

A true tiny house. Cool floor. Not my aesthetics, but cool nevertheless. When one has good health and a hydrating diet, a toilet needs to be very close due to frequency of use! Otherwise, lovely place.

Without a toilet and having to access the shower from outside , it doesn’t make this tiny house a very practical place to live permanently. I’d think access to bathroom facilities would be a must in any permanent living space. As an architect I’m surprised he didn’t account for this. Perhaps it isn’t a permanent living structure for him. Having to move the ladder around all the time to access the loft would be a pain.

I’m sorry but this sucks to me, and i expected better. It Doesn’t look very creative to me. The location looks great and that’s the only thing you chose right, but you said you were on a budget so maybe thats why I’m not impressed.

๐Amazing location & view. Very nice tiny house. I like having that map on the floor & like the extra bed setup option. Not too sure about having to access the bathroom/shower/wet room from outside. I agree that having a built in ladder or steps to access the loft bed would be better. ๐ค

I love that map floor, now, just what products were used to glue the map down and then to protect it from foot traffic.
