preston wheeler says
why don’t you add 2 slide outs and a tank less hot water heater.
Colin Da Silva says
trouble with all this “small living” there is never enough living space – the kitchen is nice but there is no living room for a sofa or to stretch out. I cant see anyone wanting to be in that loft all day.
Cory Wilson says
I personally adore the loft somewhat. I like the pantry shelving. The floor layout err…not so much. Looks pretty outwardly though. However still functional.
Corrina M says
great little house! Has all ya need…. you need to start making these for seniors (no stairs to climb). Sorta Mother in law suites, lol….

I like this layout! However, I would get rid of the bookshelf at the end of the bathroom and extend the bathroom out that little bit and try to get rid of the wet bathroom. That’s a huge stainless bar so I’d recess the stove top and put a small decorative heat shield on the wall. I’d change to an on-demand water heater, cover it & put it outside over the tongue so as not to use up valuable storage inside. I’d also get rid of the built in bench as I’m not a fan of hard furniture (except dining chairs of course)….Great job guys….Here it is 2 years later are you still offering this model?

I’m not a loft person, but it’s cute. Straddling the bucket would be difficult, too. I would make a few changes.

I would definitely live in something similar to this. I love the natural lighting in the house.

Different layout than most. Nice. Just a suggestion…putting a link to your site in the description bar would be good.

I have found the NO PERMIT REQUIRED answer after talking to my local (Southern Indiana) zoning board. I am in the process of building my tiny house trademarked as NPR119(TM).
Spoiler alert: 14′ x 8′-6″ tiny home with a total of 161 interior square feet boasts a 5’x8′ full bath (what?) a main level AND loft with 6′-2″ headroom (what?) and DOT legal within the required 8′-6″ wide and 13′-6″ tall guidelines (what?)!!!!
Imagine stanDING in your loft!
I am breaking the “max 48 inch loft height” myth once and for all!!!! Did I mention NO PERMIT REQUIRED!!!
DJRICKYDEEUK says
The Loft is fine but most of the lower floor space is Kitchen … so this design wouldn’t be for me.

Adjust the slaves to smaller quarters. The devaluation of money will
eventually catch up and cramped nomadic existence serving one slave
master to another will become the norm.

I love this house. I love the speaker and his gracious demeanor and I love the music : )

If they made that kitchen area a L shape I think a lot storage and a full range stove/oven could have been added and a small apartment size frige

These Tiny Houses are very expensive. ..just Toys for Rich Kids playing Farmer / Downsizing…they have enough $$$ to just Buy themselves out of the consequences of spending $$$ Foolishly.
S. Gilbert Dyer says
It is interesting, but why have a 6.5ft guy give tour… with a camera man that is even taller?!?!
Kim Sikorski says
I think it is a cute little house. The only 2 things I would change is take out the pantry /bookshelves in the living area so you could actually have a small little living space and just a different type of toilet because that was kinda bad showing a bucket with a plastic trash bag but in all reality that is all you basically need. I don’t know why they won’t give prices on what they cost when people ask in a comment but I can’t see this one costing you that much money but for as short as it is I think it has enough space inside with the suggestions I made.
Great job and god bless.๐
