First thought is it looks like a nice comfortable boat to use. Second thought was not with kids and a chick maybe a long weekend once in a while but long or liveaboard NAH. Third was LOL can you jack up the cost to build it to ridiculous ? For something like that you may have a few larger expenses to spend on like power control to drive it. Kitchen and bath with hot water pumps and tanks. The structure is not that much mostly open not over styled or expensive posh stuff. For that price I would have a hot tub, a aluminum upper deck area, sound system through it and a large flat screen. No bunk bed room that could be a lot of things from utility to adult fun room of a chosen theme. Name it the hump or jump.
What happened to AFFORDABLE tiny houses? The whole point was to have small (or tiny) houses that cost $15,000 or less. Where I live, $160,000 would build a 5,000 sq. ft. house! It’s gotten out of hand! Since commercial builders forced their way into this field, they build tiny trailers and charge $40 to $90 thousand! Please talk about this on your show!
