good design, horrible price. 73k for a container?
Everyone is commenting on the price being high, but I’ve shopped for RV’s and they can be in the hundreds of thousands. This is a well built home with lots of customizations. 73k may sound high, but there’s a lot here.

What is the ceiling height in the kitchen under the loft?
Wow I find it kind of funny all these haters on here. There a new market people will make money . It’s not a bad thing it’s options . 73k will get you nothing in the northeast . Hell thats not much more then some cars. Zoning needs to be changed . People need to think out side the box . Tiny house never solved any issue because if you live any place people want to live land cost money . The problem is the system. Tiny housewould work really well as a co op idea . All I see in the post is a lot of hating it people did not want it they would not offer it.
I just need a 40 foot container with nice floors n walls and windows all the rest I can install my self. how much would u charge just for that

This is a no go from the start. Narrow steps going up to a sleeping area. Most guys mid 40’s on get up to go to the bathroom several times a night. Every guy looking at that is going to go forget that.
The only thing that loft would be good for is an office or art studio.
Who ever thought up this design did NOT have “empty nester” in mind.
You could lower the price of this considerably by not using such high-end finishes. I’d put a 20ft container beside it for two more bedrooms and a bathroom and attach it with an enclosed breezeway.
This is awesome. Lasts WAAAY longer than an RV, WAAAAY safer than a mobile or manufactured home, and priced well for me.
can this go on wheels and could it then be considered an RV to fit codes?
people who display these in a warehouse and have an event like this are going to ask close to 100,000. haha they are crazy I can do this for less than 10,000.
