It’s just a caravan, or a camper trailer as the yanks call them. It has wheels on it! You can pick them up anywhere for a few thousand bucks!
Common theme in all these tiny house stories: you have to find someone who owns the property, and pays for the power, water, taxes, etc., and convince them to let you freeload off them.

I had a similar idea for the shower. Instead of a freezer, I was thinking to buy a walk-in tub that is designed for seniors.
