Actually, I’m 77, but who’s counting! I am trying to sell her, only because my disability is beginning to keep me from using the loft. I am asking $59K. I have trouble doing things on internet/Facebook, so you can get ahold of me at Penny Burt on Facebook. Sorry.
Love it!
Godspeed and thanks for the tour. It lovely.
it sims to b better than sum tinys i sin . prolly cos of pennys voice..
did u forget to show us ur washer n drier??
Best of luck to you, Penny.
I hope you find what you’re looking for. You have a terrific voice…you should be in commercials!!!
For me it’s so cozy…love the bedroom window for emergency escape, so thoughtful… yes when we are getting older, we don’t need stairs..
Me thinks she is a crafty ol’ saleslady and she wants to sell me a tiny house I would neither like nor want. Bravo.
What I find so aggravating is that we treat our seniors as though they are some different kind of species instead of a “future us”. God willing, we will all be seniors one day! Its almost like we’re in some kind of denial! How we treat our seniors is how we’ll be treated one day! But probably worse! So it seems to me that if we have any sense at all, we’ll be doing all we can to ensure that seniors are taken care of! Not only because it’s the right thing to do, but also because we’re all going in that direction!
Very nice Penny, good luck on the sale.
This is a tiny home, not her downstairs bedroom.
Well wishes to you Penny!
It’s beautiful but I’m allergic to pine.
Penny: Love that you kept your book on Obama! Hope you found a buyer and a new perfect place. Post a note on your Facebook page! https://www.facebook.com/AlaskaLiberal/
I like your house and the way it is set up.
I like all the frogs that are in her tiny home 🐸, is a lovely house.
Lots of love and i hope that you can find what you are looking for Penny 💜
Penny, your voice is so relaxing ♥️ You should do a ASMR video of you reading or just talking about whatever. Your home is cute too, perfect for you and your furbaby
Love your home and it must be so liberating to live there! You inspire me!
I couldn’t sleep in that loft — I would feel like I’m in a casket or coffin — would have panic attacks / anxiety every night. I would have built it with lower ceilings downstairs + higher ceilings upstairs.
Wow very nice a great move love your home.
Penny I love your home and even more your minimalist philosophy! Darling home!
Amazing house and awe inspiring lady. I’m in love with both.
Where is the tiny home located?
Where is the park at ?
Thought about getting a park model ? You can get one level with them.
What a lovely lady.
The dog treadmill LMFAO !!!
Hi Penny 👋 God Bless You on this new Journey 🙏
Nice Tiny House tfs
Hi Penny, you are an awesome and very smart lady. Who needs cable these days? There are so many other better things to do than watch tv. Love your house, too bad we didn’t get to see your dog! Good luck in selling your beautiful and yet tiny home
I want it 😭😭😭
I hear human voices it’s not normal. Do you or your family an associate hear them or ringing itchy ears
Oh, that sink! That stove!
I’m curious after you buy a home like this how much is the lot rent?
Wow those stairs when one gets older and can’t walk up/down them…… the loft won’t work for me now at 58 lol……love your home.
What a lovely tiny 🏡
She’s a lovely lady. She’s looks great for 77 😍
Penny, I wish you were my next-door neighbor. Thanks for sharing!
One of the ways I feel the “Church” has failed is the elderly population.
There are many homes for children but as I watched an older woman I had not seen for several years buying cat food then realized she was buying it for food, it shocked me into realizing the church she attended had failed her. I found myself wondered how many thousands of such stories there are in churches all over the world.
We are not fulfilling the mission the Early Church set out..that of feeding the poor and taking care of widows, orphans, those in need.
