One interesting point about heating with electricity. All electric heaters are equally efficient, they all change 100% of the electricity to heat.

WOW this is my kind of tiny house … with the keyboard and kitchen, the spaciousness and light! But no compromise on comfort! AND the doggy.
id get rid of the Office to make a bigger bathroom but all in all, i like it
This is a great option for people with some mobility issues. A loft would mean my partner or I either not being able to get to bed or being trapped in bed some days. The main thing I’d change is to add something to make the step up to the platform easier. Maybe a slide out step on the end of the bed or just a plain stool. If the desk is anchored to the wall, a handle to grab could be added.
Does anyone know how much this cost?
The full-width kitchen is great. As is the floor level bed – especially for the older population (as opposed to lofts)

open shelves and glass jars are not a good way for storing food, sunlight ruins food right away, that’s why they say ‘store in a cold dark place’
