This is interesting but a bit silly in its impracticality. All that money spent and you have to go down 66 stairs and walk a (seemingly at night) quarter of mile in the cold into the dangerous pitch black woods to a toilet that is not enclosed and sit…again, in the cold wet elements. Pissing off the balcony. Pure class. Design laziness at its best.

I’m surprised they didn’t have a nice deck made on the 1st landing from the top, underneath the whole main level. Would be the perfect place for a large, open space for entertaining guests.
