That is really needed. I have seen several good deals fly by because of the land issue, available water is the only thing that I would like on the site because I plan on using a composting toilet and solar/propane. At least right now I’m pretty sure that won’t change.
My ultimate location is “not too hot/not to cold. I want to choose the right place once and that part is hard.
Been considering van living until I can pin down an area I really like.
What form in NOAH going to take?
Vlog/web site, book? Just want to know where to look for it.

her tiny house is cute but I don’t like how her sink and stove are, there’s not enough space for a dish stainer stove and sink are to close together

Cut down ,too wordy .!! A picture is worth a sand words. Give a short talk at the end about hook up a etc.. give a visual like at the end. People ca assess ALOT from visuals. Nice home.
