This man is smart, he built a foundation tiny home. All I can find is tiny homes built on trailer chassis or in shipping containers. It is too much to ask most people to adapt to that lifestyle. The idea of a tiny house is applying your medium to large house budget to a bespoke, comparatively tiny in size but highly efficient and vastly superior in build quality and materials used home. One could theoretically build a 350 square foot home using the finest materials on a fixed foundation, with central air, full smart integration, including indoor and outdoor mounted sonos audio setup, fiber optic gigabit wifi (where applicable.. MA. being a good place to start), a home theater, in ground pool and hot tub, brick patio. Office, bedroom, living room, kitchen 1.5 bathrooms, maybe not sub zero or wolf but LG or whirlpool appliances and a farmers porch for less than the average build cost for a home in the usa.
I don’t understand why it’s a govt business how small or how big a house is! It’s none of their business!
To bad the ladder doesn’t run on runners so when he is not using it, it could be pushed up against the wall!

If you’re new to tiny homes, don’t think that you can build a legitimate tiny house of 252 sqft everywhere. All local codes are different. Here in W. WA, they have to be at least 400 sf, and most places in Calif, at least 800. Keep in mind that all the ‘minimum’ laws were bought and paid for by construction companies, for their profit, not for your good.
