It is a loft bed, there’s a REMOVABLE couch underneath , not another attached . I had one as a child, google loft bed and similar styles will come up

I BOUGHT my home for $12K $12.5 ish if you include closing. $8.5k I put a 31 ft fifth wheel camper on the property and walla I got a working bathroom. Who really needs that? Sometimes I do but when I don’t I go down to the gym do my SSS and walk for 45 min while watching 2 of my options for cable TV. Since I am old and a bit screwed up in the bones dept they GIVE me this membership FREE. I have the cheapest water bill in any city dwellers history of modern existence. I bet I could lives month here enjoying AC at night shower at the gym all for under $200 a month including food. How so? Right down the street is the river filled with these things we call FISH and you go down there catch them bring them home and eat them. I know I have seen me do it. We would catch so much fish we could give enough away to feed a few families. Now I have a car and a motorcycle if I wanted to I could take care of all my business on foot or a bike . Walking from my house I first encounter my Dr office ,then half a block or 500 ft I got my gym then around the corner on the adjacent property I have a cc coffee house across the street from that is a Walmart on the corner of that is a drug store across the street from this is a 7 story hospital with trama center. Proceed away from the hospital and next would be at&t store, then the smoothie King a little bit further Tampico Mexican restaurant,Ford /Toyota dealership, US pist office , my bank ,the OMV , then another supermarket walking distance from my house is 3 decent sized super market. I can walk to city Hall to pay my bills. At the C store walking distance I can buy beer $3 a half gallon. I would be nuts to not buy my home even if it is distressed and called the hood. I lived in South Central LA that is the hood where they put a canoe in the head of the IHOP manager s head at 10 AM And it never even made the news on TV. That is the hood. Where kids 13 breaks into your house plans to kill you with a 38 because you were not happy about it. I lived he got juvie lucky kid I say. My ex-wife we had our place paid for and plenty in the bank but she wanted all the money and all the Dick’s She rents and around Jan 2019 she will have paid in rent that which I paid for my place and she will have plenty more rent to go. Sorry but you can’t fix stupid and she is stupid so she stole $30- 100k from me but she is not going to be able to make it using her math.

This is a steal for NYC, to rent one room. There are places that’s almost $1000. I know someone that moved from San Francisco, to NY and pays $950 to rent one bedroom and she has 2 other room mates! NY isn’t as luxurious as people think it is. 🙄🙄

First off, THAT’S NOT A RADIATOR!!
Second, he’s a terrible tour guide! For $600 dollars that’s a great deal; here in California that same price gets you just a room! The apartment actually is very roomy, they just need to get rid of that extra couch and plant. He makes it seem like it’s almost unlivable to live in that space.
Third, why the hell would you want to have roommates?! Anybody I’m sure can afford six hundred dollars that they won’t need somebody else to live with them. If I live in New York, I’d definitely snatch that one up!
