3million yen? that’s insane for the size of the place..
UK RPGFan says
This one is taking the piss…
Ad Hc says
Isn’t a tiny home on wheels a trailer?
Kathleen Daniel says
Omg…where is the bedroom? the toilet? why do we have to read what this man is saying? that takes away from watching this movie to reading it. Too many men could use the job of talking the english words, so we the viewers could enjoy the visuals. Just an idea….
Kerri Corser says
I love EVERYTHING about this
Gallowglass says
Lot of money for such a little place.
Tom Brown says
Would you be allowed to drive a house on wheels like that around the country? Would be the perfect accommodation for going on holiday to Japan. Not sure what the laws of the country are though on holiday homes like this. Of course, I’d only park it in places that would allow caravan like parking. How affordable is it to rent a car and house like this for say a few months? Would it be cheaper then a hotel? I’d prefer it to a hotel because it would be more convenient and you’d always be assured of having accommodation though I don’t know how safe it would be. Should be fine depending on the places you park of course. Interesting concept of a home and would be amazing to travel through Europe and the UK with something like that.

After watching 2 homes in Japan before this one, I was expecting Daigo again 😂

Lass-in Angeles says
It was an honor to meet Mr Tagami through you, Bryce. I salute him. And you. The fact that you can see the beauty in this minimalism speaks volumes. You followed this trail, from the owners of the first tiny home built by Mr Tagami, to his own tiny house, and to his work. Well done as a filmmaker, an artist, and a human being. Thank you for connecting us all to the world of tiny home living and its philosophy!
Raesling Undomiel says
A little disappointed with this tour. So many great features just pictured. I didn’t know where the hooks were or what they were for and I was fascinated with the window coverings stuffed up in the ceiling. Where’s the bedding?
HristosIisusEdomnul says

I had mentioned in the original post of this tiny house that there is an influence here from Frank lloyd Wright, he was himself inspired by Japanese architecture and Japanese everything, so there is a full circle happening here, the concept of organic architecture, the clerestory windows in the raised roof, the disappearance of corners, is a mini usonian on wheels, the similarities and organic concept again, there is a definite similarity on both approaches to the issue of what a house should be and the impact it has in the people living in them. Bravo! Well done.

This man explained a lot but Bryce didn’t translate it. No sub either. 🙁

Absolutely quaint
Kerri Corser says
How much would this small one cost please?
Olagonin Chancer says
That’s not a house…it’s a camper. Don’t waste our time featuring camping equipment and calling it a “tiny house”.
Victor Lugosi says
Too small, just way too small…
Madison Hewish says
I’m in awe of this design and the heart that is behind it. I loved how he spoke of giving to the next generation rather than burdening them. So beautiful.

This, and the other Japanese home I saw, are my two tiny homes of all I have seen. They are so beautiful, and they seem to inspire people not to store and pack in so much. The light and the views, the wood, the shapes are all simply beautiful.

Not sure if it’s just me but that Japanese Guy’s accent was awfully thick to where i couldn’t even understand a word of his English. There should’ve been subtitles. Cool House Though.
Diego Bras Harriott says
I’m still getting on your channel videos and finding new “old” material to watch. This one is absolutely amazing, the concept he has about building based on traditional japanese building and of course the concept of not making ‘garbage” for future generations talks about his way of living. Have no words to describe how awesome this tiny house is! Thank you for bringing all these videos to us around the world, hugs from Argentina.
