Every guy who sees her glow falls in love but we all know her spirits free and as for me I never saw a home so small who’s spirit was so frgn tall…oh yeah…she’s having a ball.
She has a fun, quirky personality. Someone I’d like to know. Her tiny house is great and I admire her simple living.
That said, I don’t think it’s good for the environment to put toilet waste into the landfill. It can spread disease and perhaps even contaminate the soil and aquifers over time (that’s why there are sewage treatment plants–which have almost eradicated waterborne diseases such as typhoid Fever and cholera in western societies). Can you imagine the impact there would be if 100s of thousands of people did this? It’d be like the Dark Ages when raw sewage ran down the gutters and people dumped their nightly slop jars out of their windows onto sidewalks in the mornings. Dee may think her tiny bit doesn’t matter but it does.
There’s already a huge problem with disposable diapers contaminating landfills and purposely adding more human waste isn’t an eco-friendly or responsible thing to do. It’s a health hazard.
A well-constructed outhouse would solve her problem but maybe her city doesn’t allow them. If they don’t, it’s pretty darn certain they wouldn’t approve of dumping grocery bags full of poop and urine into the trash.
I don’t want to be a party pooper (hah!) but I really think she should think this over.

I understand where she’s coming from, that simple freedom is far more valuable to some people than having a big house/fancy cars/toys/lucrative career or business/ respect for living your life the way most people are to scared to try.

I always like to see these little houses but the hippy dippy crap is ridicules. And I always wonder when no one is working who is paying the bills? Right they’re eating kale and onions from the garden but who is buying the clothes TP the internet connection, the apple laptop tablet and phone? People who live in regular houses and work regular jobs and pay taxes on all of it. That’s who

I used to live in a 40′ trailer and loved it.
Now I live in our dream home of 4800 sq ft.
I went from compact and simple to giant with still not enough room.
I can not for the life of me figure out how to down size.
I have lots of tools that are there for all my projects that I keep dreaming up.
I keep telling my son that one day this is all going to be yours and I think inside he is probably rolling his eyes.

The 2nd simplest and smallest house i’ve seen so far of all the videos i’ve watched here in youtube. I dont know how old she is when she built her home. I am 50 and might be moving to a smaller space like her in our compound. Mine right now is 8×24 a room in our big house sitting in a 360 sq feet land. Just moving outside the house in a vacant lot. I think 7×12 is also good enough for me until i get old… will be happier maybe to get rid some of my stuffs and move in smaller space less energy to roam around except when climbing the stairs to the loft or just might stay in the tiny living room…well we’ll see how it goes when it materialize.
This is awesome, and I would like to be able to do that for each of my children someday on one big lot.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ *You are probably NEVER going to live in a tiny home.* I’m just saying- because it’s a big step- it’s a big mental barrier to actually get rid of your stuff- most people can’t do it. BUT, if you’re one of those special people that realize: *All that crap you keep around to trip over will neither get you into heaven, nor attain you enlightenment,* in this world or the next- then JUST MAYBE you have what it takes to live *SMALL, CHEAP, and… HAPPY!*

I so much would like to give that lady a real hug… in reverse, i had a caregiver, and she past away 2 years ago…it’s not been the same since, and I lost my son six months later to an accident… I almost could say, I know what she went through … and again I a male who, at the drop of a pin, cries like a baby…
