All your weight is on one side (left/right) of the shipping container. It
could tip over in transit. You also have most your weight in the front of
the container, because of this it’d be harder move with a crane. Balanced
weight matters for shipping.
Lastly there is a strobe light effect inside. Is that just the camera or a
light next to a fan? Whatever it is it’s lowering the quality of your video
and is very distracting/annoying.

Aluminum water tank..? Aluminum is a brain toxic material..You might as
well make the tank out of mercury.. LOL I would use stainless steel water
tank. Fresh water is no longer fresh when it is contaminated with
aluminum.. :)

I don’t think there is enough storage at all. No closets anywhere? Only
storage even resembling a closet is in the bathroom & it ok for towels &
stuff, but woman need counter space for get ready in the morning. Also no
one wants to put all their clothes under the bed, especially when there’s
not enough room to get to it.
I also didn’t notice a place for a washer/dryer & only a tiny refrigerator.
If your out far enough to live off grid you don’t want to go to the store
every few days for food.
I had a question, if the bathroom & bedroom are raised up by 2 stairs,
what’s under there? Can any of that space be used?
I very much liked the buck bed system, great for kids or even a visitor,
along with the coach, looked very comfortable.
Just a thought you could have just one upper bunk & leave below for either
a play area, toys, desk or even a dresser.
What’s behind the bunk beds? I may be wrong but looks like there is some
dead space behind that wall, not sure. Could use for privacy.

So, this is made to need electricity and not propane for the frig or wood
fire for water or container heating etc. Nice but stupid because
electricity is the first to go and gasoline will be a scarce but valuable
item.

awesome unit, smaller than a nyc project apartment. I’d drop 50 for one.-
just checked the price 60k, not bad for a divorcee or someone on the come

It does not have enough windows–bad, bad made small space a constant
glare. Add more windows then you get 4 stars out of 5.

better built than any tiny house because of the steel but the price no way,
#ridiculous. in the “master” a murphy bed would have been nicer then you
could use it for a dining/lounge area. especially if you made a murphy
table in there. its unfortunate that people are actually wasting soooo much
money on these when they can buy an OUTSTANDING class a rv that drives

The techinical, water and power system being easily accessible is a plus. I
was interested right away at this point. …loved the recycled floor, and
the fact that you solved the bedding option for growing families. However,
I also felt claustrophobic with just one window in the entire unit. I
understand that it can be added as a client requires. But this video is
meant to have people picture themselves living there as is. I would suggest
the bunk beds tuck away and offer an office space with a white board on the
top and a desk on the bottom. This would appeal more to multi-family
settings. The master bedroom should not feel like box at all. Windows are a
must. Overall, the container home has potential, but I personally wouldn’t
pay 70k for it. …I am aiming for a similar budget to build our dream tiny
home and I would expect way more for everything I will need. I wish you
best of luck in your business.
