I love watching these sort of videos, until I hear that one comment that

legally bound rental agreement.) No matter how ecofriendly, no matter how
“I don’t have a bill to my name” the fundamental, primary must-have, that
of the land, is being fronted by someone else, and can be yanked out from
under him at any time. Very few people have the option to live in a
friend’s back yard, so to hold up this sort of thing as something others
can do as well is extremely unrealistic, and I feel it is misleading.
Portions of it, a qualified yes… sort of, after all, he doesn’t even have
any cover over that TP, that’s just asking for trouble.
