This is my kind of small house. One question. They have this beautiful kitchen yet the fridge/freezer is in the bathroom? WHY?

design flaw, don’t need a corner wall in the den waste of space would be more open not cramped and the hallway makes it look like a tiny home really narrow almost like a small apts hallway, to each their own just saying but worth the price tag maybe bout 60-70k

Great home. Also clever thinking. The Christchurch earthquakes were devastating, so it’s great to see someone to come up with an innovative home that gets around that.. having peace of mind that your home will be fine in an earthquake is something that can’t be bought.
This is very close to the 40ft container size which is the kind of tiny home I would like to do. And this layout pretty close to what I had thought for my dream tiny Bach house

I have watched many videos like this before but this specific video this home I was very very impressed by the design of it the way it looked from the outside very sleek very sophisticated looking the actual size of this home for me if I had an opportunity and I had the money I would duplicate this house for myself because I absolutely love it if I was able to own a piece of land I would actually build three of these one for myself one for my son and one for my daughter and my granddaughter and it would be very close to each other giving each other the Privacy we need but also to be close and have a very secure gate and fence all around it for privacy and also for security thumbs up for this video
