This is a beautiful place! This is one of the first ‘tiny homes’ that I
could see myself moving into without much worry. I love the four season
deck and the spare room addition. I have thought for some time now that I
would use a shipping container if I ever built a place myself, and this is
a good example of a job well done with a shipping container!

This doesn’t look like a tiny house
That is expensive for the size,i expect consents are an issue here,maybe
cheaper set up inside would bring the cost down,the glass alone around the
20 footer won’t be cheap. Looks like Titirangi area,so the land would be
quite expensive as well.

I would have made the 20 ft. extension the master bedroom since she lives
alone and made the smaller bedroom / shared office space.
