I’m curious. Is there anyone that actually live in these around the 20-30+ mark? I’m always seeing people only living in them for a couple of months and up to a couple of years…then they sell it.
This was absolutely beautiful, just missing the indoor toilet and washer and dryer, other than that just gorgeous the wood everything the staircase he done a absolutely fantastic job !!!

This is my favorite tiny house! I really like the layout. For me, I would put the toilet in the shower. Also, I would added a window on the other wall of the den area, other than those personal choices, it is brilliant!
The more tiny homes I see the more grandiose and expensive they seem to get. People seem to be loosing the whole point of tiny homes. Small, efficient, simple and as cheap as you can go.
“whacked on some ply” – yeah but ply is just about the most expensive building material in Australia.
Having a home that doesn’t take every dime you have to keep it is great. I downsized, not like this of course, to a smaller home and that got me so i could pay cash for it. So many think having large homes to brag about makes them look cool while in actuality we feel bad for them going into debt for many years . The kids grow up and leave and then there is two in a large homes never using many of the rooms anymore but having to air condition them or heat them.

Very cool! Seems like a conscious individual who knows a thing or 12. I like how he made the house like a normal house. And observed how most tiny houses have problems like the corridor or the weird roof. Very cool. God bless~!
Wow such skills. The only wood work I’ve done is a spatula and pencil box in woodworking class in Standard 5. Your tiny house looks amazin and good for the environment. Respect!

I really identify with his desire to have a functional kitchen. I love to cook and a functional kitchen is the best thing you can have. To me, kitchens could be half of the house, and leave the other half to be everything else.
