That is a great price! I love to have this house for that amount.

I can’t get over these tiny houses costing $100,000 thats unrealistically expensive! Especially when you can buy a 3bdrm home for about the same 😳 Aotearoa need a lot of changes!!!

This is a nicely built dwelling. It took me 25 mins to watch this 16 min video.  Jeff, the builder, was a mumbler. I had to rewind it at several points to get what he was saying. Bryce saved this vid by telling us what was what.  That chimney pipe right by the stairs had me worried. It definitely needs a lattice wall or some sort of safety divider.

Really nice work Jeff! I hope you continue to build houses and get paid what you are worth. You are a master craftsman and a brilliant engineer.

How come so many tiny homes are set up off grid but such tiny fridges? What do these people eat since there is no garden or greenhouse?
Or do they go to the grocery store every few days?
Seems like it defeats the purpose healthy food wise.

Wonder if someone can answer these questions cuz I have watched a lot and a bigger fridge would be a must.

Then again I don’t sleep on a bed and people think that’s weird 🤔
