$54K +/- is not bad for this home, comparatively. A very basic cheaply manufactured single-wide mobile home will set you back about $30K & fall apart within 5 years. For about the cost of a large new pick-up truck or nice luxury car (something many people don’t think twice about buying) you can own a more solid better built home. Plus the costs to heat, cool & maintain is a bit cheaper, vs a larger stick-built home. And if the unit stays on wheels, vs set upon a permanent foundation, property taxes should be less too. I think this gorgeous practical thoughtfully planned little house would help pay for itself in very reasonable time.
Dannette Key says
I don’t understand why this costs $54,000. It is small, 3 shelves in the kitchen, nowhere to store anything. Fridge opens backwards, hardly any Windows. I prefer Incredible Tiny Homes!
Star says
Nice little home on wheels. Especially the large washer / dryer combo * bathroom
cherry pop says
what are the interior walls panelled with?
Teresa Pappas says
Nice home! But he never really shows us the lofts. Are they tall enough to walk in? I would definitely want the head room. I would much prefer stairs and safety railing for the sleeping loft. The other loft should have a safety rail too. How much, dimensions, and square footage for this model with the changes I mentioned?

I hate hearing non-salesmen do sales pitches. Especially negative ass ppl like this. Trying to pretend that you have “plenty of kitchen cabinetry space” and “almost a walk in closet”. “I mean… I can walk in it. But really you can really just hang some things in here.” Yeah dude, thats called a closet – if it has a door on it – so, its not even a closet.

No character. Try recycling materials and and a less boring outside facade. And all that drywall can’t be good for travel.
ba3ii psycho says
Scam ! the point ☝🏽 of tiny homes is to be budget friendly and to save money while living comfortably then you have jokers like this and other so called claimed “tiny houses companies ” ripping people off the designs are so trashy then they have the Nerve to jack up the prices are you kidding me 🙄🤣
Elise Horton says
Theyre still just ladders.if you paint them gold they’re still ladders.

This guy oversells all his houses and every “idea” or “money-saving” thing. But with just a few brain cells, the bullshit he uses as marketing is just gimmicks for stupid people.
mickydripping says
Beautiful…and the tiny home’s not bad either
Shanell Pearl says
I hope this guy doesn’t do the sale tours. I wouldnt buy a piece of gum from him. One battery? I’m sure more then one battery is needed 🤔
Shanell Pearl says
Total douch. He has too one up everything he says!!
Daniela R says
So many design flaws in this one. Perhaps this layout was requested by the buyer.
I cant get over the fact that they sacrificed a whole kitchen cabinet and drawer for the water tank/pump. And don’t get me started on the colour od the fridge. Sticks out like a sore thumb.
27footballmom says
One of the smallest kitchens I have seen. There is next to no storage space. What’s the point of having a stove and oven if I don’t even have room to store pots and pans?
LucilleB says
A nice looking home, but a refrigerator shouldn’t be next to a stove.

Propane tanks completely uncovered, same for the split unit. It calls for troubles.
Deric Kettel says
First thing…..reverse the fridge doors. Come on people!
Deric Kettel says
Ok yes you need to “torque” the lug-nuts, but the way that guys is doing it is completely wrong. You need to actually use a torque wrench, otherwise you are going to distort the drums. Over-tightening is just as bad as leaving them too loose. I’m just sayin.
Lynne Lipovsek says
Didnt show us the loft by entry ! Ty for sharing this beauty with us , can i implement these safety elements and back up items u have in this Gem !
Lynne Lipovsek says
I forgot to say in my 34 ‘ park model trailer ,
Z Z says
Aren’t those tanks pretty small? For propane? I mean how long can you possibly use a small tank like that? I would think it would be finished in one or two days. Just curious
Z Z says
You should’ve gone upstairs and shown the loft.

I’d change this up a bit. That kitchen counter space isn’t enough. I’d put the fridge on the opposite side of the room next to the closet area and probably make it a slightly smaller fridge. Build a counter top that could double as eating table next to the fridge which would be over the wheel well area and also give you more living space not taken up by a fridge. Eliminate the loft over the living room and the need for a big ladder sticking out in the middle of the room and have a downstairs single instead behind a slight archway that can be used as a day bed . Instead of the double doors have a big single door and get more wall space. Then may have enough room for an extra single chair for more seating. Put the sink in the bathroom against the wall opposite the shower and you’d have room for counter space and storage.
John Mccafferty says
You could just buy a small bricks and mortar property in Spain and be done with…. $54 is a joke.
Tiny houses started as an affordable, inexpensive way of living and it’s getting out of hand now.
Kalena says
Do you make stairs as opposed to ladders?

So many crabby people in these comments. This is a beautiful tiny house.

I stopped watching wen he stepped into the closet. This tiny house is pretty but it looks completely unfinished. Nice washer though.
