Amazing how much young people have changed just in the last 5 or so years. People like this kid are a dying breed. Too many young people majoring in worthless things and not applying themselves to learn STEM trades.

As for Hurricane ties If a hurricane comes you won’t have to worry about ties the whole dang thing will be gone.
My only criticism of the build would be the corner where the door is. That’s about 10-12 sf of useful space and during travel it may not work well. There’s no stability on the corner.
