In many states it is possible to buy land dig a well and build a 24 buy 36 with upstairs for less than $40,000.00 I cant believe the price many of these are bringing. That is a disbelief of the public, I don’t blame the people building them to get as mush as they can. In reality I could build something similar to any of these small or bigger tiny houses for less than $12,000.00

Ugh spray foam insulation – that stuff is toxic. Nice design and interior though.. The problem with tiny homes is where to park it.

… never read more judgmental and self righteous crap than I’ve read from all of the so called ‘purists’ that have appointed themselves THE arbiters of what is and what is not ‘tiny’ …. this is, by ANY measure a tiny house given the fact that the average house in the US is 1800 sf … it might not be a micro but it is a tiny. Don’t like it? DON’T BUY ONE … Can’t afford it? TOO BAD. I can!

So it’s the same price as a normal home! Makes sense to downsize then!!! These scam company’s pop up take advantage of the millennials and over price everything and screw up a whole new movment.

Anthing over 500 Sq Ft is not really considered a tiny home any longer. That’s really getting out of hand! Next thing you’ll see is a 1000 Sq Ft so-called tiny home. What a joke!!

This is great to show that a family can live Tiny, yet have space to move around.. Many of the Tiny House that people have seen are a single person or 2 adults and maybe 1-3 infant or/and toddlers in a 190-350 square feet .. But when those kids a older (maybe if you only have one child) in teen years they cannot live in such a small space.

Hmm. Tiny home? I’m thinking a small ranch type home on land would be the wiser investment. (In mid-west $150k).

This was a horrible video…way to fast saw more of the guy telling you about the house than the actual house to much background noise even though I know that was hard to control but when you can’t see the house you should at least be able to hear about it

It’s really not mobile. Why not build a house on site with all this house. Nice house though, why would you not just by a single wide? It would be cheaper

I was going to buy a tiny house but the property we own says we can only have a house or a double wide there this tiny house thing isn’t going to work unless they include it in zoning laws

I only have one complaint lol the camera work. You spent 80% of your video on the builder himself lol
I wanted to see the house not some guy in a cap! Seriously you could film the house and just have him talking in the background. You don’t have to point your camera at him just because he’s talking. It’s called narration. Try it.

He built it intended for himself in mind but someone with money wasted to buy it. He is willing to part with it. That’s way he did not hold back by the concept tiny house 🏡. . It was what he could afford.

I agree that when a “tiny house” gets this large, then it is not going to be towed down the road on trips, so why not just buy a mobile home for a lot less money? This sure isn’t economical! My house cost less than this in a nice subdivision, but then I live in an area where real estate is not expensive.

I live in a ten room 150 year old home no room smaller than 14 by 15, (except the baths and laundry room. )that I remodeled myself…I like my space..three bedrooms, art room, kitchen , living room, library, storage room for my clothes, 1 1/2 baths, laundry room, storage room for supplies, full attic, full cellar, and outside barn and two sheds. LOVIN IT…huge lot, flowerbeds, patios, garden….and I bet LOTS cheaper than one of these cracker boxes…..My son lives in a 15 room mansion on 10 acres in Culpeper, he calls my house ‘a bungalow’ ….

This contradicts the tiny house movement, there’s nothing wrong with the home, it’s quite lovely, but objectively speaking the construction of such a mobile home really is contradictory towards its title. There’s plenty of condo units that are this size and aren’t called tiny homes.

Jesus H Christ!… who was the brain wave that designed that trailer with the axles so far back???. The downward load on the vehicle’s hitch would be ridiculous… the steering would be as light as a feather and a recipe for disaster. People these days need a good horse whipping to get the “politically correct” out of them.

If someone wants to build and trailer a 540 square feet Tiny House good luck to them!… who the hell are you to suggest what someone can, can’t, should, mustn’t do???, mind your own business ya’ nasty old women… provided a Tiny House is built in accordance with local authorities regarding Length, Width and Height, people can take their opinions and jam them up their ass. If i was the owner of this particular Tiny House on wheels i’d tell ya’ll to go and get fucked!
