10′ wide so it’s not very mobile, it’s like living in a trailer park trailer, well appointed but it’s a trailer that needs special permits just to move it down the road. I grew up in a trailer park before it was cool and dubbed “tiny house”

42ft long by 10ft wide. When your at 100k USD, you are looking at 50% down on a 200k property. If you are looking to downsize you could do something much more practical that serves as an asset, not a liability. Just like cars, tiny homes on trailers depreciate the moment of sale. If you were to build a tiny home, 450 sq ft, on crawl with 1-2 acres, you are looking at 150-200k for an ultra luxury build, best materials with plumbing, that will serve as an investment.
Why not show us how to get on roof? Also toilet is too close to wall. There seems to be room to have moved it over more? But very nice other than that.

Love this!! Can you have a flushable toilet instead of a composting toilet? For my crohn’s disease, I must have a flushing toilet. Please contact me with any information about this or other tiny homes you have. This truly is a wonderful layout!
