Good from afar but far from good. The plan does really make practical sense. The table with card table legs looks tacky hanging off the wall.
I may not want bath tub as i got older. I would want to make it a walk in shower with glass doors and move the washer and regular dryer into the shower area, cut it half, just a thought and make the space for the washer combo into a cabinet or drawers since i read about complaints about storage. Over all this is my faaaaaaaaaaaaave tiny home perfect for my property in the lake.

Too many windows/and they are too big also – so not enough wall space for storage or furniture. Especially the bedroom! Would like to see it when family have moved in and combated this problem.
It’s different for every one but I feel
Like there should be a 4 person limit on any tiny home. Legitimately, you can’t keep enough dishes, clothes, shoes, and even underwear for FIVE people In a tiny home. Let’s say you have 4 outfits per person (summer, spring, winter, fall, work/school, lounge/play, plus a coat per person), still, that a lot. And then shoes; sandals, tennis shoes , and boots, times five. 5 plates, cups, bowls, mugs, and glasses, plus 5 place settings of silverware. Just basic everyday items. This doesn’t even count toiletries…which even if bought in super size….add those and a Hair dryer and no space in the bathroom. How would you cook? One pot, one pan, one slow cooker, one cookie sheet, one cutting board, one good knife….then add 2 actual books per person as well as individual activities (toys, coloring books, tablets or laptops, legos, etc) and just literal personal space (arms length), I think 4 is the limit. 2 people, even 3 people…but 5….I think that boarders on Child abuse, imho. Sure it beats sleeping outside but it isn’t logistical long term. I’m. NOT saying kids need a 3,000sf home and downsizing is great but like 100 to 300 sqft per person is reasonable….

For just me, this would be awesome! The bathroom is big and beautiful and well thought out with a full sized tub and the kitchen is 👌🏻 and gorgeous! 2 people could live here easily but 5? No way!
What’s the top max length for this model it could be
The people who build these “tiny houses” – who do they think they’re kidding ? A family of five ? The only thing this box holds is a showroom display of full size appliances with very little accommodations for people to even sit down , let alone live – F N crazy !
