I LOVE ALL your videos, have seen soooo many and yet, there are still new ones all the time. I want a TH so badly. I’m 66, retired, I do not like apartment living, no privacy and noise all the time. I know you are kind enough to put the English square footage measurements (but could you post them while taping the video also, it would be helpful. Maybe just show it on the screen, not asking you to say it each time. Taking notes all the time so I know what I like and what would be more efficient when I see storage space wasted. Thanks for doing a GREAT JOB showing us all these magnificent homes!! Lana in PA

Love the open design. I would prefer the onsight water heater, instead of a water tank. It will be interesting to see his storage designs and other additions. Would like to see some grips or rails for the stairs. Humans of all ages slip and fall. We need something to grab. πŸ™‚

I can hardly wait to see it when he finishes. Looks great so far. Also look forward to seeing more from New Zealand as rebuilding from the earthquake has caused an upswing in tiny house construction. Something bad happened, something good came from it.

I liked that window. But I wouldn’t like flies and mosquitoes getting in the house. I would want to come up with some kind of screen solution during the spring and summer when the insects are out.

I liked his tiny build. I liked the laundry chute idea, (especially for safety reason. Trying to carry a full basket of dirty laundry down those stairs could be dangerous. I guess he could make a pully system. lol (did see one in another “tiny home”, once. That was the only way they could get their dog up to the loft. It worked and the dog loved it. Those sliding window are great also! I wonder if the outside of the same window has the ground space to do the same thing outside, so could have a ledge even with the inside one for friends or whatever. (I saw that on another Tiny home channel also. He did a GREAT JOB!!!!
