This defeats the entire purpose of having a “tiny home”. It’s actually really nonsensical. A tiny house is tiny because it’s mobile, meaning that you are able to “live off the grid”, making it easy to travel and get away from all of the commotion of city/neighborhood living and not having to rely on the city for utilities, sewage, electricity, water and heating, therefore making utility living expenses very cheap. Why have a “tiny house” if it isn’t mobile and you are still a slave to the cost of utilities and dealing with being in a neighbourhood. The house being immobile is highly impractical, if you’re going to have a stationary home, why have all of the tight impractical struggles for space. This is far from being ingenious, it really makes no sense whatsoever. Why suffer squeezing around ridiculously small spaces when you had the land to spread out more and making living quarters more practical as a stationary house could and should be. Not to mention how expensive this house cost to build it, every single bit of it is just absolutely ridiculous.

The only thing I don’t like is the cramped bathroom. I have old house with 2,240 sq ft. One bathroom has towel rack (to be moved) and door that sticks in your left side. Really a pain when brushing teeth at sink. Like the stairs steps that close themselves. Very clever.
