Bullseye or Chicken in a Basket
1 egg
1 piece of bread
Butter
Butter both sides of bread. Cut a circle in the center of the bread. Take the circle out. Cook it separately. Crack the egg and place the egg in the center of the bread. Fry as you would French toast one side then turn over and fry the other side.
I think you will enjoy this simple recipe.
