Absolutely Love your home! I’ve been looking for over a yr& your floor plan would be perfect for me. I’m wondering where u all live. I’d love to have a fenced in yard for my lil best friend to run&play and I love gardening. I can relocate and do not know where to find flat land that is safe and beautiful like your place. I hope it is ok, I shared your beautiful place to myself on messenger to help me remember & to show my grown son. Ty again. Blessings. Dawn

Check out at like the 3:00 mark the head room she has and where the loft above her head is. If the loft was built 7ft high she could still stand up in the loft. Why are they not built more evenly with the space to build with? Like a mobile home back in the day the ceilings were 7 ft.

That’s a good size house. Doesn’t give the impression of a conventional “Tiny House”.
Pretty, only not so sure about doing laundry “in” my closet because the humidity. The test is perfect!

I do love most of the features, especially the screened in porch, however, these are the things I would change – the living room decor is too plain & boring – I would put more high-end furniture in there, like a fancy sofa bed & an expandable coffee table that can convert to an extra dining table, plus a fancy floor lamp, a plant of some sort, and a much larger, framed painting behind the sofa. Also, she should put a nicer curtain in front of the closet – the shower curtain is tacky to have in a bedroom. Also, I would cover the slats of the loft & put sheetrock or other wall material instead, so that you can’t see the kids in bed from the downstairs. Last, I would raise the ceiling height above the loft, probably to 7 feet. I’m not an expert, but I can’t imagine that a few feet of air above the beds, would make a huge difference in the price of the home, nor the electric bill.

Why not a modified platform bed with drawer storage at end of bed away from hutches? Love the corner fireplace. Pull out shelves are marvelous.

lol nothing is tiny in there in Japan this is a mansion, or regular apartment from the rest off the world hehehe and you have a big backyard
