Maybe this is a serious option for those struggling to find housing in quake ravaged Christchurch, NZ. With landlords screwing the renters out of their hard earned (piss-poor) wage, this could be a game changer. Thanks for the upload. It’s left me thinking I don’t have to give my (third landlord since we lost our home of 22yrs) NZ$20,000 per annum any more.
