Looks cool but u can’t really live in this, it’s so small can’t have kids in there plus this cost so much and u have to find land to park this thang on so ur not really running away from rent lol

for that fresh air exchanger… he said something about foam…. is he saying how the insulation is stray foam instead of fiberglass insulation? and this air exchanger just circulates air in and out?

I’m disappointed bcoz once I seen the outside I was expecting the inside to be better than what it is

Mike at THC loses us every time he says, “…closed cell foam”.

…Mike?! Roxul Rockwool!!!! Stone wool is FAR superior! Comfortbatt has zero chemicals, is fireproof, water repellant, soundproof, pest resistant, and energy efficient. C’mon gents!! 😉

The loft height kills it. Just not usable. A lot of otherwise good ideas.

a more compact heat exchange is the Airport by BAL, designed for RV. i am quite sure it is half the size. 🙂

Very nicely done. my only criticism is the height in the loft. I would definitely want a bit more headroom especially once a mattress is inside. Great job overall

It’s a great use of space and design but not a huge fan of the finishes

Can’t you be 100% off grid with solar power, instead of some solar and some propane?

Even if I brought myself to shell out 80k+ for this (honestly great) tiny house, how are you supposed to have sex in the loft without risking a back injury? The guy had to constantly duck his head, and the mattress wasn’t even in; that’s a big no-no for me. I like my sex to feel tight, but not in this way.
