Big inflated prices for tiny homes. The materials and labor cost does not compare to a real home and yet charged as such… ridiculous!
I just watched another video of yours where 2 bedrooms were on the top loft and completely closed off. You had put in more air vents. The air flow wasn’t an issue in that tiny home model. Why is that?

I’m not a fan of the barn doors I se in so many tiny homes . In this video it looked like the wall was 2×6 , what I would’ve put in is the old style pocket door and save even another inch and a half . I’d really just do it because I like the look better .
I like the layout of this house alot but i do not like the bed placement at all id have it under that amazing skylight and put a chill area on the loft area with bean bag chairs or something like that

That’s a good price for that home. I know some are saying that’s the price of a regular house, but not in my area. Low price homes in bad areas are 150k and a decent house is at least 200k and that will need work. I would like to see a bit more clothing storage. But this is still very nice

Tigerwood shower stunned me…it’s not going to stay pretty though…a Shower (almost always) requires Flat Walls for pretty obvious reasons…you have considered and solved so many design problems here, how could you do this?
