The best design I have seen so far. Love everything about it. I personally wouldn’t need a double sink, but otherwise good use of space.

Never understand why they don’t go with a gambrel roof by default (or at least dormer windows), but I guess this is the base model

I am in love with this layout. Very nice work. The only mod I’d make for myself would be a dormered loft.

I’m fairly tall (6-3) so curious about a few dimensions as built. What is the height under the loft? What is the overall roof height? Is there any room to go higher and still stay under DOT max of 13’6?

Lastly, where are you located? Do you have a website?

At first I thought this house was too tiny but I actually love it. The only thing I would require is a set of stairs. I wonder if you could fit that in somewhere. Also a very small sink. Otherwise it’s perfect!

This is so beautiful! Nice job. But why would you put brooms or vacuums in the same closet as your clothing? yuck! lol πŸ™‚ Oh, and is it ok to have the dickinson heater under the desk and surrounded by wood? seems like maybe that would be a fire hazard and also like the desk would absorb some of the heat so it wouldn’t distribute really well. Will the oven heat up the freezer or the fridge? This house is super slick! really nice. wish i could rent it out and live in it right here!

Superb! Perfect use of space, in my opinion. Just awesome! What’s the curb weight on this model and what kind of power setup does it use? Strictly RV hookup or does it have a battery bank?

It looks very imbalanced, you’re going to have a huge tongue weight with only the porch on the back to balance it on the trailer wheels.

The only thing, AND IT IS THE ONLY THING I don’t like is no bath room sink! I know space is precious but I just have a hard time shaving in the kitchen sink! But the rest is quite nice and space is used well! Good job..
