My first time even asking. I am looking into buying a tiny house. I live in Olympia Wa now but would love to live on the water. There’s so much of it! I don’t want a loft for a bedroom but maybe just some storage. I am disabled and can’t climb stairs. Am I talking to the right one that can build me my own tiny dream house forever home???? I am on a budget but I think it’s workable.

No washer,dryer,cooking stove with oven? It’s nice but wouldn’t work for me…
The reverse layout of the kitchen near the front door makes it feel mich more open than the rear sited kitchens in other tiny houses. The front loft is more narrow, opening up the space above the kitchen. This is my favorite layout for a tiny house.
Such a neat way to be living.
the problem is there is nowhere that you’re allowed to live in these things code enforcement would get you in an hour you can go into the deepest Woods in California you can find and it won’t be 2 days the code enforcement won’t be there citing you for trying to live in a house that does not come up to code every County every city every state has codes preventing you from living off grid or from from living in a house that’s not up to code they are doing it in prom purpose they don’t want people living in anything other than apartments that look like prisons

I like it, I would get a weber kettle charcoal grill,, meat, vegetables, & pizza if ya have a pizza pan , can
all be cooked on the grill.
100% Wool blanket is great for cold night, I have two & put a sheet on top of blanket in winter, adds more wamth, I’m in Chicago IL gets chilly here Bbbrrr. ☺
