I say this on a few others but i think this is my favorite…there is something peaceful about repurposing and not having everything match from a home depot

How lovely! There is so much soul in Jayme’s home. I really enjoyed hearing about her process of creating it. Very inspiring. Thank you!

What a beautiful organic healthy space. I didn’t see where she kept clothing but if the climate is good there perhaps she doesn’t need a lot. It just makes you want to get active, crafty and mindful 🙂

I love this house, with all the reclaimed wood. The loft especially looked warm and cozy.
I would need running water, but feel envious of the tranquil surroundings.

There’s something fascinating about these tiny houses which is not found in big houses or mansions. These tiny house videos are giving me a lot of ideas as to how i should built my future home. A house doesn’t necessarily has to be a big one but it surely should be functional, welcoming, cozy, warm and aesthetically pleasing. That’s what I’ve learnt so far watching these videos.

Love the concept of ‘turtle medicine’ helps me calm down and enjoy my process as well. I’ve been pretty frustrated lately about how I put in so much work and effort into building my YouTube channel but it’s growing slower than I like. Listening to this concept helped me calm down
I love your house too, it’s so pretty, calming, such a comfortable place for heart and life 🙂

She has no running water and no way to shower or cook food. This is not a house and she is not independent, she’s reliant on other people’s houses, infrastructure, and money. What bullshit.

If not anything else, I think these tiny house videos taught me to appreciate whatever I have more 💯

What I’ve noticed about this episode is Jayme’s house is alive. As soon as we walk in, there’s a “WOAH”kind of feeling, not that it’s bad, but it’s just absolutely grounding which is slightly ironic. This kind feeling actually makes the viewer grounded, but usually that takes time, which is a strange effect I’ve noticed watching all the way towards the end. It’s hard not to judge even Jayme’s character, but when you GET TO KNOW her, you see that she’s very intelligent and has noticed so many things that we have looked over but she’s excelled on them. For people with Earth element in their zodiac know what I mean. I can also sense her long journey of transformation which a lot of grid-dwellers lack, we are constantly pounded with ads, noise, media, there’s even nowhere to have a Zen moment without being accused of loitering lol So to shorten a long comment all I can say is that her house, vision, self etc. is so powerful, this is Superwoman people, and a confidence as her’s scares off the fake alpha ego males, I see your comments below. Fake men are scared of confident women. If you give it some thought you’ll see everything I’ve mentioned about that “feeling”. It’s like if you’ve ever left your country to visit an indigenous culture you’re going to cross your arms, fold your legs shut your mouth and avoid certain things, but you’re missing out and when you give it a shot, just one tiny shot, everything opens up, you actually fall in love, and when it’s time to go it’s hard to leave, it will feel like you’ve left a piece of your heart there. It’s hard for me to express fully my understanding of this whole unique episode. All I can say is if you rewatch” the episode, you’ll see that out of all the other homes Jayme’s makes the greatest memory even for a Hollywood hit, because that’s what director’s are looking for, character, story, legend blah blah blah not the Ikea look that so many have bought into, not saying it’s bad, but the beaten path is the easy path but to do what Jayme’s done is what I call “Trout intelligence” it’s evolution, learning to swim not only against the current but up the mountain falls. This house can almost speak to your soul it tells you, “Patience and it all comes together.” “Slow down, haste makes waste” that’s how we see Turtle Medicine and how it remains a memory you can’t forget. Think about that, it’s very easy for all these homes to look similar. Anyways hahaha I know I wasn’t the only one who noticed the cheeky cherubs 😉 hey peace and love if you’re reading this ciao ! Salubris!

Totally beautiful peaceful home and quite cozy yet an oasis to promote health and rejuvenation. Love it and I appreciate what she shared about how she learned more of how she copes, thinks during each process of building the home and promoting community.

Bryce, I love how you start each conversation with tiny house owners by saying how beautiful their home is. All styles, all colors, all configurations are beautiful, particularly in the eyes of the homeowners! I am enjoying the number of tours now where people are finding community, so that they can create their space with or without shower, with or without solar power/battery, and find not only a home but a supportive group of people who share some important fundamental beliefs. Having that, as well as one’s personal space that reflects all the things you value, makes life rich.

Beautiful home, I did flinch at the “Native traditions” part. Ummmmmmm, I know from the tribe members near me, they prefer a Native American. I love how she found the name for her home though. I love turtles.
