Hey all! Sorry for a bit of a delay in the upload of this video. We’ve been traveling back to New Zealand from the US and missed our usual upload time-slot, so sorry about that! I hope you enjoy this video and that it was worth the wait. We will be back home to rest up for a week, before jumping over to Australia for a tour, where we will be driving from Melbourne to Brisbane and filming lots of great tiny house stories along the way. So I have a question… there must not be any regulations as to railing for the stairs right? Some put a hand rail on the wall but those stairs looks so dangerous and I just know I’d be the dummy that would fall off of them. As I get older and my fibromyalgia are throwing my balance off so I guess I couldn’t do it for sure, but it just looks unsafe, am I wrong?

Although it’s great that families can cooperate to make these things happen, what about so many of us who either don’t have supportive families, or don’t live near them, or they’ve passed away? Would be nice to watch videos about tiny homes built by someone I can relate to… someone who has to figure out how to make it happen on their own without family land/assistance.
I do love the house design and color scheme though. When I build one, I will definitely attempt to find wood to repurpose — the wood is beautiful.

the idea of wanting to have a tiny house community really intrigues me. im so excited and i really d hope ill be living in my own tiny house in the future, because i believe everyone need to have their own personal space.

People, this is what I’m talking about yes! Did your hear that a “tiny home community.” I’m African and it takes a village, we need to culturally get back to our indigenous roots. The prevalent depression and mental illness, a lot of it is due to the culture of modern civilization. Modern life will kill you one way or the other.
