Such a lack of innovation in sleeper sofas. Only hope to self build (time/skill/trial and error) or bespoke (cost- possibly prohibitive for a small space dweller). The springs and upholstery on that ikea Friheten sofa degrade very quickly, the slatted and boxsprung Vallentuna is somewhat of an improvement but you need to go for the murum leather versions for durability. The Karlstad (predecessor of the Landskrona) leather sofa bed was a decent solution but they pulled it. Sorry for the Swedish furniture tangent. Great apartment!👍🏽

Small spaces and how to maximize them fascinates me. The problem for some people is height. I’m 5’4’’ and I would have to use a stepping stool of some sort 90% of the time 😕
